The report shows the wide range of activities and outcomes from Community Planning in Glasgow. It also highlights some of those activities in more depth in order to illustrate the complexity of some of the challenges faced and also the commitment to meeting those challenges through new ways of working.
The Governance Framework aims to ensure a consistent approach to the governance of the Glasgow Community Planning Partnership. The current Governance Framework reviewed in September 2014 can be found here: GCPP Governance Framework [448kb]
SOA Annual Performance Reports provides a detailed picture of the city's performance set in the context of the national and local outcomes. Previous reports can be found here:

Glasgow's Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) 2013 is an agreement between Glasgow Community Planning Partnership (GCPP) and the Scottish Government which sets out the joint priority outcomes for Glasgow, and how the GCPP will work towards achieving them. Five reports published in 2011 provided residents with information on:
> the role and responsibilities of the Community Planning Partnership;
> a performance summary or overview of organisations who are contributing to the partnership;
> some of the services we provide and the effect they have on your community, and
> how you can comment on local services

The Fairer Scotland Fund (FSF) in 2008 was a catalyst for an effective partnership both citywide and locally through Glasgow's previous ten Local Community Planning Partnership boards. The FSF Proposal 2008 can be found here: FSF Proposal 2008 [372kb]
