Glasgow Makes Connections
Glasgow Makes Connections, hosted by Glasgow City Council, gives your community organisation FREE access to funders, funding information and support agencies. The day is primarily intended for small community groups and groups working with BME communities, but it is open for anyone from a voluntary or community organisation - staff or Board Members - to attend.
We'll have presentations from funders, with invaluable advice and tips on making funding applications. Capacity-building support agencies will also be available to advise on the practical help and support that is available to your organisation, so you can find out from the experts about committee skills, roles and responsibilities, governance structures - and much, much more!
And the main feature of the day is a market-place of funders and advice agencies. Meet the people who assess the funding applications, and the staff who really know how to get projects up and running. Get face to face with the experts, and find out more about the options for growth that are available to your organisation!
The deadline for booking is Friday January 20th 2017.
