The HQ or Centre Office of Glasgow Community Planning Ltd  performs a number of administrative and management functions on behalf of the Glasgow Community Planning Partnership (CPP).

Some of the main functions of HQ office staff include:

• assisting in the strategic management of Community Planning and area-based regeneration across the city
• Liaising with all Community Planning Partners on the delivery of this
• co-ordinating area office functions within an overall strategic framework
• to provide a policy and strategy function on behalf of the Partnership
• monitoring and evaluation of regeneration funding across the city
• an information and research function on behalf of  the Partnership
• providing the secretariat for the main Board of the Glasgow CPP
• Financial management of regeneration funds
• managing many of the regeneration projects or initiatives that are delivered city wide or across multiple boundaries
• conducting many the necessary functions to operate GCP Ltd as a company and an employer including personnel, finance, and administration.
