The Greater Pollok & Newlands/Auldburn Local Community Planning Partnership (LCPP) area covers the two new council multi-member wards of Greater Pollok and Newlands/Auldburn and has a population of over 55,000. It is one of the ten local CPP areas in Glasgow.  

Greater Pollok & Newlands/Auldburn includes the following local neighbourhoods;

• Mansewood
• Pollokshaws
• South Nitshill
• Arden
• Darnley
• Pollok 
• Carnwadric
• Newlands
• Priesthill
• Househillwood
• Cathcart

Together with Govan & Craigton, Greater Pollok & Newlands/Auldburn forms the South West area. The South West area is served locally by a dedicated team of staff from Glasgow Community Planning Ltd.
